Vinyasa is a yoga style that uses breathing to connect a flowing series of postures. This class will help you work on flexibility, strength and calm, at a pace that lets you experience the full benefits of each pose. Please wear stretchy or loose clothing and bring a yoga mat, a large towel, and a bottle of water.
